Vivace Session Registration

Cancellation Policy

All communication will be sent to the parent/guardian email supplied. Students will be emailed if an address is supplied, though some Bethel student email addresses can't receive external emails from Vivace. Previous singing or choir experience is helpful, but not necessarily required! Confidence will be a focus of our teaching. Choristers should be prepared to put themselves out there and sing! Uniform: families are responsible for providing formal, all-black concert black attire for choristers. ATTENDANCE POLICY All Vivace! singers are expected to attend all rehearsals and performances. Our choirs can only thrive with every member present! If this policy is not met, the singer will not be permitted to perform at the current session's concert. During each session (all rehearsals leading to one of our three performances), each singer may not accrue more than one no-show/unexcused rehearsal absence (not attending rehearsal, and not communicating with Vivace! staff regarding the absence) or more than two excused rehearsal absences for the current concert (the absence was communicated in advance, or shortly thereafter), except in extenuating circumstances that are handled on a case-by-case basis. Additionally, on performance days, any singer who is 10 or more minutes late to call time will not be permitted to perform, unless the delay is communicated in advance (at least one hour before call time), except in extenuating circumstances that are handled on a case-by-case basis.
